According to Flutter Entertainment, delisting of their shares on the Irish stock exchange, Euronext Dublin, is scheduled for the next week.
Euronext Dublin is scheduled to delist the company's ordinary shares with effect from Monday 29 January 2024 at 8.00am (GMT).
The disclosure comes after Flutter said early December that it intends to delist from Euronext Dublin and have a US listing. At the time, Flutter stated it intended to keep just two listings—London and New York—in order to simplify processes and reduce regulatory complications.
The ordinary shares of the company will remain qualified for and continue to trade on the main London Stock Exchange market.
Based on the success of its Form 20-F Registration Statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Monday 29 January 2024 will be its trading day on the New York Stock Exchange.
The relocation of the settlement system of Flutter's ordinary shares from Euroclear Bank to the Depository Trust Company; this was accepted by Flutter's shareholders marks the only action required for Flutter to engage in trading of its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
