Operating brands like William Hill, 888 and Mr Green, Operator Evoke has purchased New Gambling Solutions S.R.L., the operator of Romania's Winner.ro.
Evoke will inject its Romania operation with a financial contribution of €10 million ($11.12 million) for 51% participation in the Romanian company. 888.ro with Winner will be joined to create a new combined company here.
Along with the UK, Italy, Spain, and Denmark, Romania will soon rank as the fifth main market.
